Canadian man arrested for telling children at a parade Santa Clause didn't exist: will he get the lump of coal sentence?

A 24-year-old Kingston man was arrested at a parade for apparently telling children Santa Clause doesn't exist.

The unidentified man spoiled the Christmas cheer for an unknown number of children during the town’s annual Santa Claus parade.

The National Post reported that the real-life Grinch was charged with causing a disturbance by being drunk and breach of probation.

But “unfortunately” there was no charge for crushing children’s dreams, Koopman told the Post

While this man obviously should be charged for his "Crimes Against Christmas", nothing compares to the punishment the creators of A Christmas Story 2 should face:
